Please keep in mind that if you pay with Paypal's "e-check" option, it can take up to a week to clear. If using PayPal to pay via credit card or your paypal balance, don't worry, they tend to process right away.
I try my best to have items finished in a timely manner and have it shipped within 3-5 business days, after the item has been made. If you need your order quickly, I do offer various shipping upgrades on the check out page. During high peak times, such as Christmas and Mother's Day, please be aware that my turn around time might be slower than usual. Please feel free to email or send me a conversation via Etsy to get a precise time frame for any order! I try to advertise cut off dates for holiday orders, but if you don't see an announcement, and need your piece by a specific date, please convo me to double check turn around time. I can accommodate almost all requests!
***Stating in your order notes that you need an item by a specific date DOES NOT GUARANTEE you will receive that item by the date you are requesting. All orders are shipped on a first come/first served basis--ALWAYS--unless you select a faster shipping and processing method at check out. My shipment timelines are always posted in my shop announcements, as well as on the item's description page. If you need clarification on a shipment timeline, please contact me.
I cannot stress enough how important it is for you to put the correct shipping address in your order. This is especially important if you are purchasing your item(s) as a gift. PLEASE put the correct address in the "Shipping address" field when you check out. If you convo me later about another address to send it, or if you put the shipping address in the "notes to seller" box, it can be missed by me! I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF AN ITEM GETS SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!!! Please, please, PLEASE make sure you provide the correct address upon checkout. This goes for Paypal as well. I will ship to whatever address Paypal supplies me with. As always, PLEASE double check your order prior to checkout!
I cannot control the United States Postal Service, so I make sure all of my items come with a tracking number. I suggest you make sure you look up the tracking number prior to contacting me about an item being lost. If you suspect an item has been lost in the mail, please contact your local post office to see if they can track it down. Once I drop it off, its out of my control. The post office will require you contact them to track down an item. There is literally nothing I can do. To initiate an investigation to find your item, they will need to speak to you.
All items ship via first class mail., and USUALLY takes around 3-6 days for US delivers, depending on where you are located. I offer several different shipping methods, located in a drop down menu found on the check out page.
International orders ship first class. You may upgrade to a faster shipping method upon request. International shipping can take up to 30 days in transit. I do offer faster shipping methods of international orders, found on the check out page. If the country in which a package is being delivered adds additional customers/duties/taxes/surcharges to the package (not common), it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay.

No refunds. Period. Every single item I make is engraved to order. Nothing in my shop is “pre-made”, unless advertised as such. I do my very, very best to communicate with you in regards to any piece. I ask that you be VERY specific when leaving a "note to seller" upon checkout. Remember, I cannot read minds, so I take everything at face value. I will contact you if information is missing, but if I do not receive a response in a timely manner, I reserve the right to make the item with whatever information I am given. If you have a question about a specific design idea, please contact me prior to ordering, just so we are on the same page. Make sure you proofread everything, especially names and dates. If you give me the wrong spelling, I will not correct it once it is made, unless you purchase a new piece.
Please note: If there is ever an issue with your order, no matter what the problem is, I will require a photo of the item that you received to compare it to your invoice. Please ensure you provide your name, order number, and photo of the item received if there is an issue.
Please note, these pieces are hand stamped. Imperfections happen, as it is 100% hand made. All pieces are one sided, as the stamping creates tiny dents on the opposite side (back). This rule may be broken on cuff bracelets, as a different gauge metal is used.
Please keep in mind that for some items I make, you’ll have the option of different metals. For this reason, I ask that you remember not every metal will look the same when engraved. Some metals (aluminum, for example), is very soft, and engraving will be a little “deeper”. This means most letters will stand out a little darker in color. For stainless steel, sterling silver and gold, the metal is slightly stronger, so the letters will have a “crisper” look, and are not always as dark (but obviously still visible). If various metal options are available, make sure you look through the items photos for examples of each metal, or simply send me a private message and I can clarify with photos. I will assume that you looked through the photos for engraving examples if you do not reach out to me prior to purchase.
If you are given a custom order link (usually via Etsy messenger), you, as the buyer, are responsible to check the details in the link prior to making your purchase. Always check the details for spelling errors, incorrect dates, missing information, etc. If you place your order, it will be my assumption that the order link is correct--regardless of what is discussed throughout etsy messages. I am not responsible if you do not tell me a change needs to be made PRIOR to purchase. If you notice a mistake after the order is placed, contact me IMMEDIATELY. If the item has not gone into production, the change can be made, however, if the order has already been made or is in the process of being made, I cannot accommodate the change without charging for a new item.
If your item is damaged during shipping you MUST contact me within 24 hours of the delivery. I will require a photo to show the damage. I do not promise a refund or a new item, this will be dealt with case by case. If you'd like to purchase insurance for your item, please contact me prior to purchase. If you contact me after 24 hours, you WILL NOT be issued a refund or a new item-period.
If an item is damaged after you receive it, and broken due to normal wear and tear, I am not responsible! Please remember that jewelry, no matter where it is purchased from, no matter the price point, needs to be taken care of. Sterling silver tarnishes. You can purchase polishing cloths and cleaners from many different stores. Chains can break, so don’t tug on them too hard. Charms can fall off if you are not gentle (if a charm does fall off, let me know and I can explain how to reattach). It’s so important to take care of your jewelry. If an item arrives damaged, let me know within 24 hours of its delivery. Otherwise it will be assumed that damage was not caused during shipment, and therefore I am not responsible.
Cancellations are not accepted unless the item has not gone into production. If you need to cancel, let me know IMMEDIATELY. If I haven’t started making it yet, you’re probably safe, but if I have already started, I’m so sorry, I cannot allow the cancellation.
Please note that all advertised shipping timelines are estimates. I am not responsible for delays by the postal service. I know, it’s a pain if your package goes into “limbo”. I’ll work with you to find out what the problem is, but I cannot promise I can speed things up. Always check your tracking number before messaging me. The only information I am given is what you see on the tracking page.
