Each disc measures 5/8" x 3/4", and can include one name and one birthstone. You have the option to add as many name/birthstone charms you'd like. Just use the drop down menu labeled "charm options" to select how many names you'd like to include. If you need more than 10 names/10 crystals, just send me a message.

In the notes section of the check out page, please leave me the names and Crystal colors you'd like included on the necklace.
